The Contract. If you are ready to order a valuation, please call (800) 895-4100 or request your contract by email.

Next Steps:

After signing and submitting our contract to place your order, we will ask you for the following documents:

1. 5 years of the company’s most recent financials (including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements).
2. Operating or Partnership Agreement (please provide the formation document explaining the entity’s ownership structure).
3. Depreciation Schedule (if available).
4. The Management Questionnaire (a short survey about the details of your business, generally takes about 20 minutes to complete).
