Summary of Current Professional Experience:
Developed computerized methodologies for valuing debt instruments, including bonds, term loans and collateralized mortgage obligations (CMOs), as well as a 20-factor credit rating algorithm for evaluating issuer creditworthiness. Developed fully integrated computerized templates for valuing nontraded equities using market and income approaches . Developed, refined and implemented a regression technique using comparable companies' data for valuing closely-held companies.
Detailed knowledge of all aspects of financial operations and analysis, including long and short-term integrated financial forecasting, reporting of financial results, analysis of profit/cost centers, determination of optimal capital structure for a firm, corporate valuations, project payback/ROI analysis, capital debt analysis and business plan preparation.
Summary of Prior Experience:
Prior experience includes thirty years of progressively responsible experience in applied research concentrated in general business forecasting, state fiscal studies (revenue and expenditure analysis, financial reporting, debt analysis, short and long-term revenue forecasting), regional economic studies, generating published reports and overall program management (budgeting, personnel supervision and overall administration). Also taught graduate course in strategic management.
