SPARDATA is an expert appraiser of privately-owned companies and professional practices. Since 1990 we have written over 27,000 business valuations. We specialize in firms with sales between $1 million and $40 million. Initial business valuations cost $6,000. Typical delivery time is 6-8 weeks but "rush" orders are completed in just 3 weeks (extra charge applies).

Different people need different kinds of business valuations, so SPARDATA offers different valuation products. All our reports come to the same value conclusion. (In other words if we conclude a business is worth $2 million, every SPARDATA valuation product will say it is worth $2 million.) So pick with confidence whichever product best meets your requirements and budget:

  Our most popular product, the SPARDATA Report explains the valuation methodology very thoroughly and is usually purchased the first time SPARDATA is asked to value the business.

  This product is identical to the SPARDATA Report, except that it is delivered in only three weeks rather than the normal six-to-eight weeks.

  The Update Report values an enterprise the same way the SPARDATA Report does, but it omits almost all of the detail.

  The FLP Report establishes the correct discount for lack of control and lack of marketability, making them ideal for estate planning. Delivery 6 to 8 weeks.
