Contract Sample Report Questionnaire |
The Rush Update Report is identical to the Update Report except that it is delivered in 3 weeks or less (versus the Update Report's typical delivery time of 6-8 weeks).
The Rush Update Report is a much shorter version of the SPARDATA Report . Both products value a company the same way. (That is, if SPARDATA concludes a business is worth $2 million, both the SPARDATA Report and the Rush Update Report would say it is worth $2 million.)
However the Rush Update Report is much less detailed. For example the SPARDATA Report typically spends 20-30 pages describing how the discount for lack of marketability and lack of control was determined; the Rush Update Report reduces that entire discussion down to 2-3 paragraphs. Therefore the Rush Update Report should not be used in cases where the appraisal is likely to be scrutinized. However it is ideal to update a previously prepared SPARDATA Report.
