Growing profits is easier than you might think. Every business is nothing but a series of processes, and every process may be analyzed and improved, usually by at least 20% and sometimes by 50% or more. Having a fresh set of eyes looking at your business often reveals surprising insights. We’ll analyze:
Revenues
Consider company revenues. Everyone knows it costs less to retain existing customers than to attract new ones, so we will analyze how well you retain your customers, and suggest ways to improve your retention rate. We will analyze your profit margins to learn if your products are priced correctly, if those prices can be increased, and if your supplier costs can be lowered.
Profit Margin
Your firm’s gross profit margin is a good way to measure your success selling your goods or services. We will benchmark your business against other firms in your industry to see how you compare. Are your cost-of-sales greater than your competition? Are your costs properly calculated? These are the kinds of questions that yield additional revenue dollars that usually drop directly to your bottom line.
Expenses
On the expense side of the ledger, we will look line by line at every general, administrative, marketing and personnel expense to identify opportunities to cut costs. Telecommunication costs are falling so contract anniversary dates are an opportunity to slash expenses. We will analyze your insurance, printing, sales and marketing and other expense categories. Personnel costs often represent a firm’s largest cost category so we’ll examine your headcount, compensation policies and benefits package.
The SPARDATA Profit Roadmap costs $3,000 (or $1,500 for clients who also have purchased a valuation). After we deliver your Roadmap, you have the option (but not any obligation) of having your consultant provide on-going coaching services.
